Memorial Ruck

What: This is a Memorial Ruck. Three is no required distance, but your ruck weight should be “heavier” and you should start and/or end your ruck at a local war memorial. You should carry the name and/or picture of a fallen service member on your ruck. (Details here)

What: Complete the 5 workouts (one honoring Firefighters, Teachers, Law Enforcement Officers, EMS, & Military members) anytime throughout the month to earn your free patch.

Ruck Club Callout

What: Buddy Carry Ruck.

  • Must be done in connection with an official GORUCK Ruck Club
  • Minimum 4 person teams but the more the merrier

  • 20% of participants up for the last mile of the ruck

    • Math rounds up. So if you have six people then two people must go up for the last mile.

  • 4-mile minimum but go as far as you want

  • Minimum Ruck Weight 10 lbs

Cost: Free (must be done in connection with an official GORUCK Ruck Club)
